The location was excellent, with easy access to the dive shop, grocery store, and main shopping center. we enjoyed a surprisingly good complimentary breakfast by the water.

had marvellous and absolutely perfect location to chankanaab beach park which is a popular destination. the staff was accommodating, consistently courteous all the time. the king room was good-sized and brand-new with balcony.

It was as expected, had a nice stay for a vacation. I had a great breakfast on the water, the food was fabulous.

I stayed here for 10 nights and enjoyed my breakfasts and dinners at the beachside restaurant. 🌊.

The hotel provided great prices. The venue was reasonably spacious, and the meals were OUTSTANDING, I really enjoyed the great location very close to a reef literally 30 feet from shore. I was here for 7 nights and ate at beachside restaurant for morning and evening meals.

This hotel offers king rooms with comfortable king beds, is just a short walk to town, and features a relaxing jacuzzi, plus it has a fantastic central location for easy access by cab.

I liked that it was close to downtown

The loud live entertainment in the pool area that started at 8:30pm and didn't end until 10:30pm everynight. The door to the room was not aligned and had gaps and you could every movement and sound as if the door were wide open.

good if you are a diver-you can go on a boat directly from hotel, good location, breakfast is ok

never met hotel staff so unfriendly, if you want a help-forget it! smile dont exist, you have to prepare before you go near reception desk for bad treatment... they give you a lot of cards and keys( for towels, safe box,breakfast...) if you loose them 150USD each-and that is just what you need-to look after bunch of stuff on the beach

We had an amazing vacation here! Our double room came with a balcony and a comfy king-sized bed. 🌟.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short stroll from the ferry and close to great restaurants and local spots that are off the beaten path.

Staff friendly and helpful. Food excellent. WiFi access very useful. Good link to scuba diving.

Queueing system for hot food could be proved, queues for hot food constantly blocking access to cold food for people who were not looking for hot.
